TenorMD Multi-source provider feedback

SMS Terms & Consent Policy

TenorMD uses text messages only to deliver a single, time-limited anonymous feedback invitation to people a healthcare organization has invited to give feedback on one of its providers. These are transactional, conversational messages — never marketing.

Who sends the message, and why

TenorMD is a Willowcare LLC product used by hospitals, medical groups, and practices to collect anonymous 360° feedback on their physicians and advanced-practice providers. When an organization runs a feedback cycle, it invites the people best positioned to comment — peers, supervisors, and staff who work with that provider. The text simply carries that invitation and a one-time link to a short (~3-minute) survey.

How recipients consent (opt-in)

Recipients are members of, or affiliates of, the inviting healthcare organization — not the general public. Consent to be contacted by SMS is obtained by that organization before any number is entered, as part of how it onboards and communicates with its own workforce and reviewers.

Inside TenorMD, before a single text can be sent, the organization’s administrator must affirmatively check a consent attestation:

“I confirm each recipient has given prior express consent to be texted (TCPA & carrier rules).”

The platform will not queue or send any SMS until that box is checked for that cycle. Numbers are used solely to deliver the feedback invitation (and an optional reminder) for that cycle — nothing else.

What the message looks like

A recipient receives one message like this (an optional single reminder may follow if they haven’t responded):

Riverbend Health: anonymous feedback request on Dr. A. Carter (Q2 2026). ~3 min, one-time link: https://www.tenormd.com/s/…  Reply STOP to opt out.
