TenorMD Multi-source provider feedback

How your feedback stays anonymous

Candor depends on trust. Here is exactly how the system protects it — in plain language and in the way it's actually built.

1. Your response is never linked to you

Your invitation link is single-use. When you submit, the system saves your answers and — in a separate step — marks the link as used. The answers and the link are stored in different places with no connection between them. There is no field, anywhere, that records which answers came from which link or person — not even for a database administrator.

2. Reports only unlock with enough responses

A report stays locked until a minimum number of people have responded (set by your organization). Until then, no scores and no comments are shown to anyone — so a single response can never be singled out.

3. Only aggregates are ever shown or exported

Reports and CSV/PDF exports contain averages, percentages, and unattributed comments — never individual response records. The person being reviewed sees the themes, not the fingers pointing.

4. Feedback is for growth, not discipline

This tool is designed for coaching and professional development. It is intentionally separate from formal peer review or disciplinary processes, which keeps the conversation constructive.
